Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Change Delivery Project Manager to manage change projects within the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves developing and managing project plans, communicating with stakeholders, managing project teams, and overseeing budgets and risks. You will play a key role in facilitating change management activities to ensure successful implementation and embedding of change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, providing regular updates on project progress and managing expectations.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they are adequately resourced with the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed financial parameters.
  • Create detailed reports on project progress, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of proposed solutions.
  • Proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring they are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
  • Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption and embedding of changes within the organization.
  • Perform routine and specific tasks as assigned, focusing on quality execution and customer service.
  • Execute work requirements in line with identified processes and procedures, escalating policy breaches as required.
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls within your areas of responsibility, adhering to relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
  • Gain and maintain an understanding of how assigned duties contribute to team activities and operational procedures.
  • Follow detailed instructions and make sound judgments in straightforward situations, selecting from defined alternatives.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of procedures and evaluate and select correct solutions to problems.
  • Perform first-line customer service activities and interact with stakeholders regarding customer service or administrative tasks, engaging with difficult contacts and networking with colleagues where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in managing change delivery projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risks effectively.
  • Experience in facilitating change management activities, including training and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of relevant procedures.
  • Ability to make simple judgments in straightforward situations.

Location & Employment Type:

This is a hybrid role based in Whippany, NJ. Contract employment is preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Whippany, NJ
