Job Description:
The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation.
- Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours.
- Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute.
- Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours.
- Manages change and release management activities.
- Suggests and facilitates process improvements.
- Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing.
- Conducts user training (on-need basis).

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
