Job Description: Claude Developer

We are seeking a skilled Claude Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven applications using Claude (Anthropic APIs). You will be responsible for building and maintaining backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, implementing prompt engineering strategies, and optimizing LLM responses for performance, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven applications using Claude (Anthropic APIs).
  • Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM responses for performance, accuracy, and safety.
  • Develop APIs and middleware to support AI workflows and system integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AI application performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure security, privacy, and compliance best practices in AI integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Claude or other LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt design, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and secure API design.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-accelerated development or chatbot applications.
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Onsite – 3 days

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
