Job Opportunity: CLM Functional Consultant (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced and certified CLM Functional Consultant to join our team for a remote engagement. This role involves the implementation, configuration, and support of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions, focusing on Agiloft.
Role Overview:
The CLM Functional Consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing and configuring Agiloft modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CLM processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Implementation: Perform configurations, implementations, and provide support for Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules within Agiloft.
- Solution Design: Architect and design solutions using the Agiloft product, including integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Business Knowledge: Possess sound business knowledge in CLM and related areas, providing standard or customized solutions to meet business requirements.
- Agiloft Expertise: Minimum of four successful Agiloft CLM product implementations. Experience in designing and configuring Agiloft implementations for enterprise clients, including security and user group management.
- Integration: Configure integrations using Work to or Direct Integration Hub within Agiloft.
- Requirements Gathering: Drive requirements and use case sessions with business stakeholders, translating user needs into functional specifications and process/data flows.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot complex CLM issues as a systems administrator, documenting recommended fixes and addressing problems proactively.
- Project Management: Lead multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clarity and transparency.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, users, and technical teams as needed.
- Ticket Management: Lead, manage, and drive tickets to resolution using ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Agiloft Certified Professional.
- Hands-on experience in configuring different CLM modules.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agile – Scrum methodologies.
This is a remote contract role, ideal for candidates seeking to leverage their expertise in CLM and Agiloft from anywhere in the US.

Salary: $65 – $90 per year (Estimated)
