About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CLM (Agiloft) Certified Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configurations, implementation, and support of Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules within the CLM domain. You will leverage your sound business knowledge to provide standard or customized solutions that meet business requirements. This role also involves solution architecting and designing Agiloft product implementations, including integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on configuration of different CLM modules.
  • Design and configure Agiloft implementations for enterprise clients, focusing on business mapping, security, and user groups/permissions.
  • Configure integrations using Workato or Direct Integration Hub within Agiloft.
  • Successfully complete a minimum of four implementations in the Agiloft CLM Product.
  • Lead requirements gathering and use case sessions for Agiloft CLM with business stakeholders.
  • Translate and document user requirements into functional specifications, presenting them through clear process/data flows.
  • Analyze CLM issues as a systems administrator, troubleshoot complex contract workflows, document recommended fixes, and proactively address issues.
  • Lead, manage, and drive tickets to resolution using ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, users, and technical teams as needed.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Agiloft CLM Certification is required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM implementations.
  • Proven experience in solution architecting and designing Agiloft product solutions.
  • Experience with integrations using Workato or Direct Integration Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CLM business processes, including contracting, risk management, obligations, and sourcing.
  • Experience in configuring CLM modules and managing security and user permissions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
