Role Overview:
Supports design, implementation, and operation of public cloud environments under a team lead. Responsible for infrastructure deployment, cloud migrations, automation, integration with on-prem systems, and ensuring compliance with standards like NIST and IRS 1075.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Support cloud migrations and hybrid environments
- Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code
- Integrate cloud with on-prem systems
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Apply security controls and compliance standards
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams
- Maintain documentation
Required Experience:
- 56+ years with AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of compute, storage, networking, IAM
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Scripting: Power, Python, or Bash
- Networking: DNS, routing, firewalls
- Security fundamentals and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
- Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation
- Hybrid cloud experience
- NIST / IRS 1075 compliance
- Monitoring and logging tools
- SQL Server / Azure SQL / AWS RDS
