Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloverleaf System Administrator to join our team for a critical 12-month contract supporting ATOS and HCA Healthcare. This remote position requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in healthcare integration, specifically focusing on the Cloverleaf Integration Engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of complex interfaces that facilitate the seamless exchange of data between various healthcare applications and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patient data, clinical records, and administrative information flow accurately and securely across the healthcare enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the stability and integrity of Cloverleaf interfaces to enable continuous data exchange between healthcare applications.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization of the Cloverleaf environment.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of the Cloverleaf Integration Engine to resolve complex technical issues and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to ensure robust integration and data interoperability.
- Design, create, and maintain interfaces for various healthcare data formats, including HL7, XML, JSON, and flat files.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore teams to ensure 24/7 support and project continuity.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and various stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Utilize scripting languages such as Unix, TCL, Perl, and Shell to automate tasks and enhance interface functionality.
- Manage database interactions using SQL Server to support integration workflows.
- Ensure secure and efficient data transmission using networking protocols including TCP/IP, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, and Kafka.
- Participate in the second shift to provide coverage for critical healthcare operations.
Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Cloverleaf System Administrator.
- Expertise in the Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine and its associated tools.
- Proficiency in scripting with TCL, Unix Shell, and Perl.
- Strong experience with HL7 (v2 and v3), FHIR, XML, and JSON data standards.
- Hands-on experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SFTP, Kafka).
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
- Relevant certifications in Healthcare IT or Infor Cloverleaf are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
