Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Core Java Developer with extensive experience in Multi-Threading and Concurrency to join our client’s team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite contract position requiring a strong background in Java development, databases, SQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and capable of quickly learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications with a focus on multi-threading and concurrency.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Work with databases and write efficient SQL queries.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins.
  • Build robust applications using the Spring framework, including Spring Batch and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
  • Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and performant.

Essential Skills:

  • Core Java: 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Multi-Threading & Concurrency: Strong expertise in Java Multi-Threading and Concurrency concepts.
  • Databases & SQL: Experience with databases and writing SQL queries.
  • Web Services: Experience with REST API development.
  • Spring Framework: Proficient in Spring Batch and Spring Boot.
  • CI/CD: Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins.
  • Application Development: Experience in building applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, and proactive.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a local candidate to Arizona or from a nearby state.
  • This is an onsite position.

Experience Required:

  • 9+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $65 per year (Estimated)
