Job Description: CoStar Developer / Consultant with Integration
We are seeking a skilled CoStar Developer / Consultant with a strong background in system integrations to join our team. This role involves developing and configuring CoStar solutions and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- CoStar Development and Configuration: Proven experience in developing, customizing, and configuring CoStar applications to meet business requirements.
- System Integrations: Extensive experience with various integration methods, including APIs, ETL processes, and middleware tools.
- Database Management: Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data transformation techniques. Ability to work with complex datasets and ensure data integrity.
- ERP Integration: Experience integrating CoStar with major ERP systems such as SAP ERP or Oracle ERP. Understanding of how CoStar data interacts with financial and operational data within these systems.
- Financial Planning Processes: Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Understanding how CoStar can support these critical business functions.
- Data Mapping and Validation: Expertise in data mapping, data validation, and data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize CoStar performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CoStar configurations and custom solutions.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between CoStar and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for CoStar development and integration projects.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and transformation for integration purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CoStar functionality and integrations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the integration process.
- Provide technical support and guidance on CoStar development and integration best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest CoStar features and integration technologies.
