Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant for an onsite, 6+ months long contract position in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a deep understanding of Coupa functionalities and a proven track record of successful implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, domain knowledge in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and excellent client-facing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Coupa implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
- Configure and customize Coupa modules to meet specific client business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on Coupa best practices for Procurement, Invoicing, and Expenses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage change.
- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users and client teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Coupa system configuration and performance.
- Facilitate client workshops and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and migration accuracy during implementation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest Coupa features, releases, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with Coupa implementations, including multiple full-lifecycle projects.
- Proficiency in Coupa functionalities, including API, cXML, and data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coupa Certified Consultant (Platform, Procurement, Invoicing, or Expenses) is highly preferred.
- Experience with other procurement or financial systems is a plus.
