Job Description: CRM Specialist
We are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist with a strong background in marketing automation and campaign development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with platforms like Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign Classic, or Unica, and a solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex projects in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns using CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Oracle Responsys, or Unica.
- Manage campaign flows, relational databases, and backend processes to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, segmentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative teams on HTML and email design principles.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout campaign execution.
- Manage complexity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall industry experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Responsys experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on campaign development experience using platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Unica, Oracle Responsys.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, direct mail, digital marketing, computer science, or related fields.
- Solid experience with SQL (such as SQL Server, SAS, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with HTML and email design principles.
- Strong understanding of campaign flows, relational databases, and backend processes.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to manage complexity and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Adobe Campaign knowledge.
- Adobe Target knowledge.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office. Candidates must have banking domain experience. We are looking for a local candidate to the Boston, MA area.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $95 per year (Estimated)
