Job Description: CRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist with a strong background in banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campaign development and management using leading CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using CRM platforms.
  • Manage campaign data, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Work with creative teams on email design and content.
  • Manage complexity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall industry experience.
  • 3+ years of Oracle Responsys experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on campaign development experience using platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Unica, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, direct mail, digital marketing, computer science, or related fields.
  • Solid experience with SQL (such as SQL Server, SAS, Snowflake).
  • Familiarity with HTML and email design principles.
  • Strong understanding of campaign flows, relational databases, and backend processes.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to manage complexity and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Adobe Campaign knowledge.
  • Adobe Target knowledge.

Domain Experience:

  • Must have banking domain experience.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role with 2 days in the office.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Boston, MA
