About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer with a strong background in DevSecOps and SRE principles to design, secure, and automate enterprise-scale cloud platforms, primarily across AWS. This role is critical in ensuring the security and reliability of our cloud infrastructure through advanced automation and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and automated cloud platforms on AWS.
- Apply strong DevSecOps and cybersecurity practices, including secrets rotation, IAM policies, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and secure serverless architectures using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.
- Implement and manage secrets management solutions using CyberArk Conjur, HashiCorp Vault, or AWS Secrets Manager for secure application deployments.
- Integrate security automation within CI/CD pipelines, including secret scanning, SAST/DAST, and container vulnerability scanning.
- Deploy and manage supported CyberArk Conjur installations at scale, understanding secret distributed systems and Kubernetes deployments.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments through continuous monitoring and proactive measures.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
Essential Skills and Experience
- CyberArk Conjur/Vault: In-depth understanding of secret distributed systems and experience deploying Conjur installations at scale.
- Kubernetes: Solid understanding of Kubernetes deployments and managing containerized environments.
- DevSecOps & Cybersecurity: Strong background in DevSecOps practices, including secrets rotation, IAM policies, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Serverless Architectures: Proven experience designing secure serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, EventBridge).
- Secrets Management: Hands-on experience implementing secrets management solutions (CyberArk Conjur, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
- CI/CD Security: Experience in security automation within CI/CD pipelines (secret scanning, SAST/DAST, container vulnerability scanning).
- Cloud Platforms: Expertise in designing, securing, and automating enterprise-scale cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
