Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Cybersecurity PMO Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This critical role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex cybersecurity initiatives and rigorous financial management. As the digital landscape evolves, the financial oversight of security programs becomes paramount to ensuring organizational resilience and fiscal responsibility. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative activities that keep our cybersecurity projects on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional business partners, Corporate Finance, PMO Teams, and Cybersecurity Leadership to ensure seamless financial tracking and administrative execution.
  • Manage and oversee complex LRF budgets, including KTLO (Keep the Lights On), CAPEX (Capital Expenditure), and OPEX (Operating Expenditure) allocations.
  • Execute and refine chargeback processes, monthly invoicing cycles, and vendor payment workflows to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Monitor resource utilization and maintain strict timecard compliance across various project streams to optimize labor costs.
  • Develop, build, and refine lightweight yet robust financial procedures and reporting mechanisms tailored for the fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
  • Maintain high-visibility dashboards and comprehensive reports that support internal audits, leadership reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Provide financial governance and oversight for all cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring that every dollar spent aligns with the organization’s security posture and strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Cybersecurity and IT program financial management, with a deep understanding of the unique cost drivers in the security domain.
  • Technical proficiency in Advanced Java Concepts, allowing for better integration with automated financial tools and reporting systems.
  • Extensive experience in PMO Contract and Commercial Management, specifically within a large enterprise setting.
  • Advanced mastery of MS Excel, including complex modeling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong familiarity with chargebacks, invoicing workflows, and timecard management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for technical leaders.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to create simple, effective processes that reduce administrative friction.
