Job Description:
Seeking a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant with strong experience in billing and revenue management, specifically Subscription Billing. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance and experience working closely with CFO and senior finance stakeholders. A solid understanding of invoicing and AR processes, along with familiarity with accounting standards (AASB15 ASC606) as applied to service contracts, is crucial. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own and lead the billing function. US market experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the billing function within the D365 F&O Finance system.
- Implement and configure D365 F&O Finance modules related to billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AASB15 ASC606) for service contracts.
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing and AR processes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on D365 F&O Finance capabilities related to billing and revenue management.
- Collaborate with technical teams for any necessary customizations or integrations.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on billing and AR functionalities.
- Contribute to the overall financial system strategy and roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
- Experience in billing and revenue management, specifically Subscription Billing.
- Experience working closely with CFO / senior finance stakeholders.
- Understanding of invoicing and AR processes.
- Familiarity with the relevant accounting standard (AASB15 ASC606) and has applied it to service contracts with both a time component and a performance obligation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to own and lead the billing function.
- US market experience.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 per year
