Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, with a particular focus on billing and revenue management, and subscription billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, focusing on billing and revenue management.
- Implement and configure D365 F&O Finance modules to meet business requirements, particularly for subscription billing.
- Work closely with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and senior finance stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure a strong understanding of invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Apply knowledge of relevant accounting standards (AASB15, ASC606) to service contracts, including those with time components and performance obligations.
- Lead and own the billing function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leverage US market experience to provide relevant insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
- Demonstrated experience with billing and revenue management, and subscription billing.
- Experience working with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of invoicing and AR processes.
- Familiarity with AASB15 and ASC606 accounting standards and their application to service contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage the billing function independently.
- US market experience is required.
