Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O SCM Consultant to join our client’s team. This is a remote position with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT and specifically with D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and configuration for D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Manage customer engagements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to D365 F&O SCM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution design.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 15+ years in IT.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), specifically in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Proven experience in supporting D365 F&O projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with D365 F&O SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Procurement and Sourcing, and Sales and Marketing.
  • Familiarity with D365 F&O technical architecture and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote role based in Seattle, WA.
  • The contract duration is 6 months.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US (US Citizens and Green Card holders only).

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
