Job Title: Data Analyst

We have an urgent requirement for a Data Analyst with 5-6 years of experience for a long-term project. This role is hybrid and requires local candidates with DL Proof. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to clarify questions and requirements, acquire/clean/validate data, deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis, and produce executive-ready dashboards and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions and requirements.
  • Acquire, clean, and validate data (e.g., Flow metrics and Atlassian/Jira data).
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis.
  • Produce executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and narratives.
  • Evolve into an end-to-end data engineer, designing data models and scalable pipelines.
  • Automate ingestion, validation, and monitoring.
  • Build integrations and reusable curated datasets.
  • Support AI/ML accuracy and reliability practices.
  • Ensure the team has trusted high-quality data powering custom applications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in analytics/BI.
  • Strong in SQL, Excel, and comfortable working with large datasets end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience building executive-ready dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid data wrangling/automation skills in Python (TypeScript acceptable).
  • Experience with ETL concepts, basic data modeling (star schema/fact-dimension/knowledge base), Git/version control is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud/data platforms and orchestration (e.g., AWS services) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of learning quickly and productionizing repeatable reporting.

  • Visa Type: OPEN (PP number is mandatory if not USC).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
