Position: Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid Richmond or McLean. Local only.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and data manipulation
- Work with AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Build dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
Required Qualifications:
- Recent experience working with client (strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, or similar services)
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
Special Requirements
Hybrid Richmond or McLean. Local only. USC, GC, GC-EAD and H4-EAD. 12 Months. Former Capital One only.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year (Estimated)
