Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Data Analyst to provide essential data analytics support. The role involves ingesting, standardizing, and analyzing prescription drug pricing data from various sources. The goal is to produce accurate tables, visualizations, and trend insights crucial for statutory reporting and oversight. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, with a hybrid work model involving 2 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics support to ingest, standardize, and analyze prescription drug pricing data from multiple sources.
- Produce accurate tables, visualizations, and trend insights to support statutory reporting and oversight.
- Process, standardize, and analyze large volumes of prescription drug pricing data received from wholesalers, manufacturers, PBMs, PSAs, and insurance carriers.
- Transform raw datasets into structured tables, visualizations, and descriptive analyses.
- Enable the identification of key trends across the prescription drug supply chain.
- Support the prioritization of the top 25 drugs for reporting and review.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of proficiency in data analysis and transformation using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- 5 years of experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources and formats.
- 5 years of proven ability to develop clear, publication-ready visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- 5 years of strong data quality management skills, including validation, standardization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (Estimated)
