Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in the Health Insurance domain to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns. This role requires a proactive approach to data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. You will play a key role in generating insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to guarantee data accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Big Query for data cleaning and transformation.
- Utilize GCP data engineering services including Big Query, Repositories, and IAM policies.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Manage Tableau Server administration, including refresh schedules, data preparation, connection management, and performance optimization.
- Set up alerts and reports for critical data insights.
Technical Skills Required:
- Advanced SQL
- Python
- Experience with GCP data engineering: Big Query, Repositories, Looker Studio, IAM policies.
- ETL pipeline development in Big Query.
- Tableau and Tableau Server Administration.
- Experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Reporting, Admin experience is helpful).
Domain Experience:
- Health Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
- Contact Center domain experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Hartford, CT
