Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to deliver actionable insights across business functions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience with ETL pipeline development (BigQuery)
- Hands-on with GCP BigQuery, repositories, and IAM policies
- Experience in Looker Studio and Tableau
- Tableau Server Administration (refresh schedules, data connections, performance tuning)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (reporting/admin is a plus)
Domain Experience
- Health Insurance
- Contact Center Analytics
Nice to Have
- Experience with executive-level reporting & KPI frameworks
- Strong understanding of customer service operations and analytics

Salary: $45 – $50 per year (Estimated)
