Position Summary
We are looking for a specialized Data Analyst with deep expertise in AWS Quicksight to join our security and risk intelligence team in Mountain View, CA. This onsite role is critical for developing the next generation of workforce and identity intelligence solutions. You will be at the forefront of building data pipelines that correlate security signals with employee lifecycle events, providing a comprehensive view of enterprise risk. This position requires a blend of data engineering, analytical prowess, and a security-first mindset.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a ‘Single Pane of Glass’ dashboard using AWS Quicksight to aggregate complex security signals into business-unit-level risk scores.
- Develop automated data pipelines to ingest and correlate Workday events (onboarding, transfers, resignations) with security telemetry.
- Implement a risk-scoring framework for Non-Human Identities (NHI), including Service Accounts, Bots, and API Keys, to detect anomalous behavior.
- Monitor privileged access by creating dedicated visualizations for Admin and Super-user activities, focusing on privilege elevation events.
- Lead GenAI Governance initiatives by ingesting telemetry to identify unauthorized usage of 3rd-party LLMs and potential PII leaks in AI prompts.
- Perform policy performance validation and efficacy analysis for Insider Risk and Workforce Security protocols.
- Correlate unauthorized software installations with malicious website visits to identify precursors to insider threats.
- Create persona-based reporting structures to deliver tailored insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with AWS Quicksight for enterprise-level visualization.
- Proven experience in Data Engineering, specifically in building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines within the AWS ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.
- Experience with identity management data and security telemetry correlation.
- Familiarity with GenAI monitoring tools and the risks associated with Large Language Models in a corporate environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business intelligence for non-technical executives.
Onsite Requirements
This is a mandatory onsite role requiring presence at our Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where real-time data analysis and security response are paramount. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technologies in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
