Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in AI/ML to join our team for a remote C2C role. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines and processing systems for machine learning applications. This role requires hands-on experience with various data engineering tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing systems.
  • Develop and optimize data infrastructure to support AI/ML model training and deployment.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand data requirements for AI/ML models.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to manage data storage, processing, and compute resources.
  • Ensure efficient data flow and accessibility for various analytical and machine learning tasks.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and AI/ML.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in building ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of model deployment and monitoring techniques.
  • Understanding of data drift, model drift, and pipeline optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Special Requirements

Remote C2C role. Rate: $45/hr on C2C.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $45 – $65 per year
