Job Overview
We are looking for a strong Product Owner / Senior Project Manager / TPM with an Agile delivery mindset to drive the end-to-end Data Platform program for Client. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing BI and data platform initiatives and be capable of driving cross-team execution with strong accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data platform program including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Own program governance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple teams and partners.
- Partner closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
- Champion Agile delivery practices, ensuring disciplined sprint execution and backlog management.
- Drive accountability across teams, ensuring adoption of required processes, standards, and best practices.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product, Program, or Project Management.
- Strong experience with BI, data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering programs.
- Demonstrated ability to run large cross-functional programs.
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing data engineering or analytics platform initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
