Role Summary
As we move into 2026, the landscape of data integrity has become the cornerstone of enterprise decision-making. The Data Quality (DQ) Analyst at Tanisha Systems Inc. will play a pivotal role in supporting the high-stakes offers reporting project. This position is not merely about checking boxes; it is about ensuring that the data flowing through the Common Data Framework (CDF) and into our reporting tools is of the highest possible caliber. You will be the guardian of data accuracy, working at the intersection of technical data engineering and business intelligence to provide robust validation across all layers of the reporting stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern data quality standards by maintaining comprehensive data dictionaries and business glossaries that align with evolving business requirements.
- Participate in global data governance discussions, ensuring alignment on definitions and controls across various geographic regions and World-Wide (WW) stakeholders.
- Partner with Data Quality and AiDP (AI Data Pipeline) teams to design and implement automated data quality checks within the Offers CDF.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated Tableau-based QA dashboards to monitor anomalies, track resolution times, and visualize data quality trends for executive leadership.
- Perform deep-dive data profiling and reconciliation using advanced SQL queries to ensure completeness and consistency across sourcing and enrichment layers.
- Triage complex data quality issues, identifying root causes across source systems and processing layers, and coordinating with technical teams for rapid resolution.
- Manage regional data issues by collaborating with external vendors and geo-specific teams through structured working sessions and follow-ups.
- Utilize tracking tools like Trello and internal radar systems to manage the lifecycle of DQ tickets, ensuring timely remediation and closure.
Technical Requirements and Environment
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and validation within complex, data-driven environments. Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, as you will be expected to write complex queries to validate reporting dashboards and extract business insights. Experience with Tableau is essential for creating the visualizations that drive our QA monitoring. Furthermore, you should have a deep understanding of data quality frameworks and remediation processes. Excellent communication skills are required to bridge the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders, especially when presenting data insights and driving cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $95,000 – $135,000 per year
