Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Data Science Lead to architect our “OS for Agents” initiative. This role is pivotal in transitioning from static automation to dynamic, autonomous agentic ecosystems, bridging the gap between AI research and operational reality. You will be the internal authority on our agentic stack, defining and owning the multi-year roadmap for autonomous agent maturity.
- Define and own the multi-year roadmap for autonomous agent maturity, evolving from simple RAG to multi-agent orchestration and self-correcting loops.
- Serve as the internal authority on agentic stack technologies, including frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT, as well as tool-use protocols and memory management.
- Architect agentic reliability standards, focusing on observability, “human-in-the-loop” safety checkpoints, and cost-efficient scaling.
- Evangelize agentic design patterns and mentor development teams on deterministic and probabilistic agent logic.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI advancements into practical solutions.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible deployment of AI agents.
Key Requirements:
- Must have proven experience designing and building Agentic Solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the GCP technology stack is essential.
- Telecom domain experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI research and development, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications.
- Expertise in agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing tool-use protocols and advanced memory management techniques for AI agents.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining agentic reliability standards, including observability and safety checkpoints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 per year
