Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML engineering, including hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment and building scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
- Work on Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation systems
- Perform prompt engineering & optimization for LLMs
- Build and manage sandbox environments (Jupyter, etc.)
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate within Agile SDLC environments
- Ensure secure data handling and compliance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
- Leverage AWS (Bedrock preferred) for scalable AI implementations
Mandatory Skills:
Strong programming skills in:
- Python (must-have)
- Java (good to have)
Hands-on experience in:
- AI/ML Engineering
- Agentic AI / LLM workflows
- Prompt Engineering
Experience with:
- Cloud Platforms (AWS)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Familiarity with:
- Explainable AI
- Secure AI systems
- Background in enterprise-level AI implementations
- Experience working in consulting firms or AI-first organizations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from a reputed university (Top-tier preferred)
- PhD is a strong plus
- Proven experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
