Role Overview: Data Scientist (AI/ML & Agentic Flow)
Alltech Consulting Services Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist with exceptional Python expertise to join our dynamic team for a long-term project based in Jersey City, New Jersey. This is a critical onsite position requiring a physical presence five days a week, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI solutions using Python as the primary programming language.
- Architect and implement Agentic flows to create autonomous, goal-oriented AI systems that can navigate complex tasks.
- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and apply expert-level prompt engineering and context optimization techniques to enhance model performance.
- Manage and scale AI infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically leveraging AWS Bedrock for model hosting and orchestration.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of data science products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, within an Agile SDLC framework.
- Develop and manage experimentation environments, such as Jupyter sandboxes, to facilitate rapid prototyping and testing of new AI concepts.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data handling processes while maintaining a focus on explainable AI (XAI) to provide transparent and reliable results.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or high-level software and data development.
- Advanced proficiency in Python is mandatory; additional experience with Java is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and the development of autonomous agents.
- Strong background in cloud computing, specifically with AWS services and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimizing them for specific enterprise use cases.
- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ, five days a week.
Preferred Experience and Domain Knowledge
- Previous professional experience working with top-tier consulting firms such as Deloitte or KPMG is a significant advantage.
- Experience within core AI-focused companies or specialized AI research labs.
- Local candidates residing in the New Jersey or New York metropolitan area will be given first preference.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
