Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist/ML Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning principles and their application in real-world scenarios. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of existing models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop data pipelines and preprocessing techniques for model training.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate model effectiveness.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI and machine learning technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
