Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead / Sr. PM to drive a large-scale global modernization program, transitioning a legacy platform to a modern web-based system across thousands of locations. This role focuses on delivery governance, portfolio planning, Jira reporting, and cross-team alignment to improve speed, quality, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage roadmaps, Gantt charts, and release timelines
- Ensure scope readiness, backlog grooming, and scope control
- Build Jira dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (velocity, cycle time, defects)
- Drive delivery governance, RCA, and process improvements
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and vendors
- Provide executive updates, status reports, and risk mitigation plans
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in PM/Program/Delivery roles (large-scale projects)
- Strong Jira, Confluence, dashboards, JQL
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (SAFe preferred)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting
- Experience with data analysis, RCA, and delivery metrics
Nice to Have:
- SAFe certification, CI/CD knowledge
- Vendor management experience
- Advanced Excel / basic SQL
Domain Experience:
- Hospitality domain experience required.

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
