Job Description: Delivery Release Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Release Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives across product, technology, and business teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in test coordination, release planning, and delivery management, ensuring that product capabilities and projects are delivered on time, aligned with enterprise standards, and compliant with regulatory and risk requirements.

This role requires strong collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to manage delivery timelines, resolve dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of projects and product capabilities across multiple teams.
  • Support and facilitate Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
    • Product Management
    • Technology / Engineering Teams
    • Risk, Legal, and Compliance Teams
    • Business Stakeholders across the organization
  • Track and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise delivery processes, change management, and Agile practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and represent programs in cross-functional meetings and steering committees.
  • Monitor team capacity, identify blockers, and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in project management, product delivery, business analysis, or data management.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as:
    • Jira
    • Confluence
    • Excel / PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
  • Experience coordinating complex product or technology initiatives.
  • LinkedIn profile required.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Columbus, OH
