Role: Dell Boomi Integration Consultant
We are looking for a skilled Dell Boomi Integration Consultant with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions. This role requires a minimum of 14+ years of relevant experience. While the primary location is the Bay Area, CA, candidates must be local to California. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Atmosphere, a solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain complex integration processes using Dell Boomi Atmosphere. Translate intricate business requirements into effective technical integration solutions. Develop and optimize Boomi processes to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Cloud Platform Integration: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, such as Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery, for building cloud-native integrations. Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems, including data mapping and workflow orchestration.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of all integration solutions. Manage the deployment process and actively monitor Boomi integrations in production environments.
- Documentation & Support: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all integrations and associated components. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for existing integration solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other development team members to deliver high-quality integration solutions. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Boomi Developer, including extensive work with the Boomi Atmosphere platform, process building, and connector configuration. Expert-level proficiency in building end-to-end integrations, consuming APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation using Boomi. Experience with multiple data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and Flat File. Proven experience with Boomi Google connectors (e.g., Google BQ, Google Storage, Google Pub/Sub, Google Sheets). Proficiency in designing and developing processes using standard Boomi connectors (e.g., Database, SFTP, HTTP). Experience with SAP and Workday related integrations in Boomi. Solid scripting skills in Groovy or JavaScript for customizing integration logic. Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex integration projects, showcasing strong initiative and problem-solving skills. Experience in optimizing existing Boomi integrations for performance and maintainability. Proven experience in implementing robust error handling and monitoring for integration processes. Strong communication skills with a track record of effectively gathering requirements from stakeholders and providing autonomous project updates.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services. Prior integration experience with common enterprise applications like Salesforce or UKG. Professional Boomi developer certification. Knowledge in SQL.

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
