Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support / System Administrator to provide technical support for enterprise endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting users in a secure government IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11) and related applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Support and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Respond to user support requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Desktop Support experience.
  • 3+ years of System Administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer support and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MDM tools such as AirWatch or Microsoft Intune.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.

Special Requirements

Visa: H1B, USC, GC – Only Locals. Onsite


Compensation & Location

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Columbia, SC
