Job Description: DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Utilize containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage version control systems, primarily Git.
  • Write and maintain scripts for automation using Shell, Python, or similar languages.
  • Ensure system security, network configuration, and monitoring are in place.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar).
  • Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring concepts.

Additional Information:

This is a contract position with options for C2C, W2, or 1099 employment. Only genuine candidates are considered. No GC or GCEAD sponsorship is available.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $56 per year
