Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Jenkins Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to optimize toolchains, enhance automation, and ensure robust pipeline architecture across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end Jenkins pipelines for enterprise applications
- Integrate Jenkins with cloud and on-prem systems
- Build reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries
- Ensure scalability, high availability, and auto-scaling of build agents
- Implement security practices (RBAC, secrets management, SonarQube)
- Customize pipelines based on business and application needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify tech debt and provide solutions
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Jenkins (Pipeline as Code, plugins, customization)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms
- Hands-on with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Scripting experience in Python
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Good stakeholder management

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,600 – $166,400 per year (Estimated)
