Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing & MarTech Operations Manager, Consultant to join our client’s team. This role is crucial for driving digital marketing strategies, optimizing MarTech operations, and ensuring seamless execution across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, MarTech tools, strategy development, and project management within complex, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize MarTech stack, including CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Oversee digital strategy creation and implementation, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Leverage AI/GenAI/GEO/AEO technologies to enhance marketing operations and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage SEO/SEM and retail search operations to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Oversee website and platform operations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Lead analytics and measurement operations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
  • Manage digital marketing programs and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT and Information Architecture teams to ensure technology solutions support marketing needs.
  • Work with key MarTech tools such as Google Manufacturer Center, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, AEM, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, PIM, DAM, CRM, and product feed ecosystems.
  • Apply experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail media, shopper marketing, or multi-brand consumer businesses.
  • Utilize AI/GenAI/GEO/LLM-related workflows, particularly in content, search, and digital marketing operations.
  • Navigate complex cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders, external agencies, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and digital project management skills, with a focus on operational follow-through and process standardization.
  • Manage website operations, release management, QA/UAT, ticketing workflows, and vendor coordination.
  • Apply working knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEO/GEO/AI tools, and KPI reporting.
  • Translate business needs into effective strategies, briefs, requirements, workflows, dashboards, trackers, and executive summaries.
  • Communicate effectively, bridging the gap between detailed execution and high-level synthesis for leadership.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic role.
  • Partner closely with North America marketing, eCommerce, brand teams, Global teams, and Agency partners.
  • Report to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Digital marketing, Marketing operations/MarTech, Digital strategy creation/implementation, AI/GenAI/GEO/AEO, SEO/SEM/Retail search operations, Website/platform operations, Analytics/measurement operations, Program or project management, Information Technology/Information Architecture.
  • Proven experience with relevant MarTech tools.
  • Experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail media, shopper marketing, or multi-brand consumer businesses.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI/GEO/LLM-related workflows.
  • Experience in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Strong technical and digital project management skills.
  • Familiarity with website operations, release management, QA/UAT, ticketing workflows, and vendor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms and SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Stanford, CT
