Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and conceptualization to launch and post-release optimization.
- Develop and maintain a robust product backlog, prioritizing features based on data-driven insights, stakeholder feedback, and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Utilize advanced data skills (SQL, querying, and table building) to analyze product performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Champion the customer experience by conducting user research and translating findings into actionable product requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates on product progress and milestones.
- Operate effectively within a SAFe Agile framework, participating in ceremonies and ensuring alignment with agile principles.
- Leverage industry-standard tools such as Rally, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack to facilitate collaboration and project tracking.
Technical and Professional Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Development or Product Management. A strong technical foundation is essential, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. You must demonstrate a proven track-record of delivering impactful digital features and products in complex environments. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to build and query tables using SQL is a core requirement for this position. Furthermore, experience in matrixed organizations where stakeholder management is key will be highly valued. We are looking for a leader who can navigate ambiguity and drive results through analytical thinking and technical expertise.
