Role Overview
We are seeking a Documentum Lead Developer with strong experience in EMC Documentum and Java-based enterprise application development. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the design, development, and deployment of Documentum-based solutions, along with modernizing applications towards event-driven and cloud-ready architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, development, and deployment on the EMC Documentum platform.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Execute product specifications, system design, and development & system integration.
- Develop new product concepts and prototypes.
- Conduct technology research and component design.
- Drive refactoring initiatives:
- Transition to event-driven architecture.
- Build stateless, cloud-ready applications.
- Collaborate across onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% ownership of deliverables and release alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- EMC Documentum development: 8+ years
- Documentum D2 configuration: 2+ years
- Java (1.8+) development: 8+ years
- Strong expertise in:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Web services: SOAP, REST, OData
- Spring Boot & REST APIs
- Strong experience with:
- Git (version control)
- Apache Maven
- Experience working with:
- Oracle (preferred)
- SQL Server (preferred)
Frontend & Additional Skills
- Knowledge of:
- JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with frameworks (preferred):
- AngularJS
- KnockoutJS
- jQuery UI
- Familiarity with:
- TFS and Git workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
