Job Title:
Documentum Lead Developer
Location:
San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in EMC Documentum development
- 2+ years of experience configuring Documentum D2
- Strong development experience with Java 1.8+, Core Java, and Spring Boot
- Experience building REST/SOAP web services
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with Git and Apache Maven
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and cloud-ready stateless services
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end libraries (AngularJS, KnockoutJS, or similar)
- Experience with TFS/Git version control
- Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working with onsite and offshore teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Documentum platform
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Execute product specifications, system design, development, and integration
- Develop new product concepts and prototypes
- Conduct research on new technologies and design software components
- Refactor applications to support event-driven architecture and cloud-ready solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure 100% ownership of deliverables

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
