Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dot Net Developer with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to join our development team onsite in Denver, CO. This role is critical for building and maintaining high-performance software solutions that support healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem and the unique regulatory and technical challenges associated with healthcare data management.
Technical Core Competencies
- Expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC for developing scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.
- Advanced proficiency in C# programming, focusing on object-oriented design principles and clean code practices.
- Strong experience with Entity Framework and other ORM tools to manage complex data relationships.
- Front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Relational database expertise, specifically with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS for application deployment and infrastructure management.
Healthcare Domain Expertise
Success in this position requires more than just technical skill; it requires a nuanced understanding of the healthcare industry. Candidates should be familiar with HIPAA compliance standards, electronic health record (EHR) integrations, and the handling of sensitive patient data. Experience with healthcare-specific protocols such as HL7 or FHIR is highly desirable. You will be responsible for ensuring that all software solutions meet the rigorous security and privacy standards required in a medical environment.
Professional Requirements and Soft Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers.
Onsite and Local Requirements
This position is strictly onsite in Denver, CO. We are looking for local candidates who can contribute to our collaborative office culture and participate in face-to-face brainstorming sessions. The role offers a competitive C2C rate of $55-$57 per hour, reflecting the specialized nature of the healthcare domain knowledge and technical expertise required for this project.
