Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Drupal Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Drupal-based web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Drupal development, customization, and integration within an enterprise environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Drupal websites and applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Customize Drupal modules, themes, and components to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Implement and manage content types, views, workflows, and user permissions to ensure efficient content management and access control.
- Focus on website performance optimization, security hardening, and ensuring overall system scalability.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform bug fixes, and provide ongoing support for Drupal applications.
- Follow established best practices for coding standards, version control (e.g., Git), and comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the development team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Drupal Developer, with a strong preference for Drupal 8/9/10.
- Proficiency in core web technologies including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of Drupal APIs.
- Demonstrated experience in custom module development and theming within the Drupal framework.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, integrating third-party services, and database concepts (e.g., MySQL).
- Experience working in onsite or enterprise project environments, understanding of project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
