Position Summary: Drupal Developer
Prospect Infosystem Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drupal Developer for a long-term engagement in Madison, WI. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing our web and form content services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and accessibility. The developer will work as part of a collaborative IT team to provide professional technical support and drive the development of high-traffic websites using the latest Drupal technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and form content following the latest best practices, including ADA compliance and modern HTML/CSS standards.
- Provide positive, professional, and punctual technical support across all communication channels as a key member of the IT team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web and form services, focusing on formatting, functionality, and accessibility.
- Publish and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design standards, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
- Utilize expert knowledge of electronic form software tools to enhance user interaction and data collection.
- Resolve complex issues arising within Drupal sites, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Ensure all web content platforms comply with DPI standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with communications teams to identify web needs and provide frameworks for new site construction or existing site enhancements.
Required Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of professional experience in web development and management of high-traffic websites.
- Specific experience with Drupal 10 is required for this role.
- Proficiency with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, and Microsoft Forms (or similar electronic form tools).
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) in the context of forms and web content.
- Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting custom modules, themes, and content objects.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Project Scope and Environment
This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires a developer who is not only technically proficient but also detail-oriented regarding compliance and user experience. The project involves managing high-traffic sites where performance optimization and accessibility are paramount. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in Drupal 10 and their ability to navigate complex form integrations. The role requires a professional who can communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $105,000 – $140,000 per year
