Job Description
Senior Dynamics CRM Lead / Architect with extensive experience in .NET full-stack development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. Responsible for designing scalable CRM solutions, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Define architecture using: .NET Core, Web API, Power Platform / Dataverse.
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Full Stack Development
Lead development using: .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
Oversee frontend development using: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React. - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Customize and extend: Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
Implement business workflows and integrations. - Database & Data Integration
Work with SQL Server: Complex queries, Data modeling, Performance optimization.
Use SSIS for: Data migration, Integration with CRM systems. - DevOps & Agile Delivery
Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps practices: Branching strategies, Pull requests, CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure continuous integration and delivery. - Testing & Quality Assurance
Implement unit testing frameworks.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable code. - Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor development teams.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Innovation & AI Adoption
Explore AI-driven enhancements within CRM solutions.
Promote a learning and innovation mindset.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in Dynamics CRM / .NET development.
- .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
- Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Dataverse.
- SQL Server (advanced queries, performance tuning).
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Angular or React.
- SSIS (ETL, data integration).
- Agile & DevOps practices.
