Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data Specialist to join our team. This role involves configuring and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data, designing and implementing unified customer profiles, and setting up identity resolution and data matching rules. You will be responsible for setting up and managing data ingestion pipelines from various sources, including CRM platforms, ERP systems, marketing platforms, and data warehouses/data lakes. The specialist will configure connectors, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow, create and maintain customer segments, and define measures, KPIs, and calculated attributes. This position will support advanced customer analytics and behavioral insights, ensuring data quality, deduplication, and standardization. You will also manage data refresh schedules, performance optimization, and support data governance and compliance requirements. The role enables activation of customer segments with downstream platforms like Dynamics 365 Customer Insights- Journeys and supports marketing and customer engagement use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data.
- Design and implement unified customer profiles.
- Configure identity resolution and data matching rules.
- Set up and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, Marketing Platforms, Data Warehouses/Lakes).
- Integrate customer data from various systems.
- Configure connectors, APIs, and data pipelines for seamless data flow.
- Create and maintain customer segments.
- Define and configure measures, KPIs, and calculated attributes.
- Support advanced customer analytics and behavioral insights.
- Ensure data quality, deduplication, and data standardization.
- Manage data refresh schedules and performance optimization.
- Support data governance and compliance requirements.
- Enable activation of customer segments with downstream platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Insights- Journeys).
- Support marketing and customer engagement use cases.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data.
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Experience with data modeling and identity resolution.
- Knowledge of Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure Data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse).
- Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and APIs.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in data platforms, CDP, or CRM data solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
