Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team for an onsite contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MS Dynamics 365 and previous versions, with a focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using MS Dynamics 365, including online and on-premises environments.
  • Implement security models and perform out-of-the-box configurations.
  • Develop and customize workflows, business rules, plugins, and forms.
  • Utilize C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and the MS CRM SDK for development.
  • Develop and implement SQL Server solutions, including SSRS and SSIS.
  • Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using middleware tools, APIs (REST, ODATA, Web APIs), and SSIS packages.
  • Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus for integrations.
  • Develop PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for system integrations.
  • Implement DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in coding, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches and select optimal solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power App portals.
  • Demonstrated experience in Unified Service Desk customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
  • Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations between environments.

Good to Have Certifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations

Technical Skills:

  • MS Dynamics 365 (Online & On-Premises)
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript
  • MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be solution-driven.

Special Requirements

Onsite based out of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL or Vienna, VA

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
