Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Lead to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX for a 12-month contract. This role will lead end-to-end functional solutioning and delivery across Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and effective D365 FO configurations and customizations.
  • Oversee the functional aspects of D365 FO implementations, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional guidance, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in D365 FO development and implementation.
  • Manage and resolve functional issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and project teams.
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation, including functional design documents and user guides.
  • Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8 years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Functional Lead for D365 FO – Finance modules.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end D365 FO implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O – Project Accounting and D365 F&O – Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and supply chain processes.
  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year
