About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic e-Commerce team. This role is crucial for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our e-Commerce platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative features and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our e-Commerce platform.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer feedback.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Manage the product backlog and sprint planning process, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, including go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-Commerce.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the e-Commerce platform, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in the e-Commerce space.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
