Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EDI Functional Analyst to join our direct client’s team. This role involves providing translation support for all EDI processes and systems, acting as a primary point of contact for Oracle SI related support requests. The ideal candidate will analyze support requests to identify root causes and resolutions, working closely with other enterprise groups to implement solutions. You will also monitor error directories and EDI servers, perform minor map modifications, and set up trading partners. This position requires a strong understanding of EDI concepts, standards, and Oracle applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems.
- Function as a primary point of contact for Oracle SI related support requests.
- Analyze support requests to identify root cause resolution and work closely with other Eaton enterprise sectors groups to implement solutions.
- Monitor error directories and emails on any CoE EDI servers and take appropriate actions to resolve.
- Perform minor map modifications and trading partner setup as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot SI BPs.
- Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation.
- Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.
- Collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with other technical groups.
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise.
- Manage implementation of EDI products and services for new and existing trading partners.
Skills Required:
- Technical expertise in Oracle EBusiness Suite 11i (115102) & R12 (1213).
- Experience with Oracle Applications RLM, Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, and eCommerce Gateway.
- Understanding of EDIFACT and X12 EDI standards.
- Experience with EDI transactions including but not limited to 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV.
- Experienced in handling complex Oracle EDI related issues.
- Must understand the support process.
- Experience in SI & B2B Integrator business process development and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Mandatory Skills: Oracle EBS – Apps Technical, Oracle EBS – SCM.

Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
