Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Endpoint Technician to join our team. This is a 100% onsite contract position with a long-term duration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware and software issues, with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair, replacement, or upgrade, including laptops, desktops, servers, switches, mobile devices, printers, copiers, and plotters.
  • Provide support for video conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS, and mobile devices.
  • Perform installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of relevant hardware and software.
  • Utilize detective-like troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Apply knowledge and experience of customer IT service delivery, including the use of ticketing tools and knowledge-based systems.
  • Maintain a strong customer service orientation in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, switches, mobile devices, printers, copiers, plotters, video conference equipment).
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS, and mobile device troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery, ticketing tools, and knowledge bases.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $40 – $55 per year (Estimated)

Location: Chelmsford, MA
